Seymour Loftman Jr.
Founder & CEO
Mr. Loftman works as a physical education teacher at American Heritage School he has been an educator for 10 years involved in multiple positions. He mentored student-athletes through Fellowship of Christian Athletes(FCA) a bible based study group with football team for nine years. He started his training journey at Bommarito Performance where he interned and later on started his own company Kidz In Shape which is what the world recognizes now. As a teacher he possesses the patience, discipline and character to help our youth in this world stay in shape.
As a graduate from American Heritage School in Plantation, FL and college earning a college education at Eastern Illinois University Mr. Loftman is no stranger to hard work. He earned his Bachelor In Science in Sports Management with a Business minor.
Marlon Llewellyn
President
Mr. Llewellyn has been an educator for close to 20 years in a variety of settings, including public, private, urban, and charter schools and post-secondary institutions.
A proud graduate of Nova High School in Davie, Florida, and Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, he is pursuing a Doctor of Education at Marian University in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he serves as the Director of Recruitment and Strategic Partnerships
Sean Campbell
Vice President
Mr. Campbell is a highly skilled and versatile physical education teacher at Pentecost Academy. With his diverse experience in several fields as a teacher, fitness coach and sport and rehab massage therapist, you have the ability to help clients achieve their fitness goals and recover from injuries. His expertise in these areas allows Mr. Campbell to create customized workout plans and provide targeted treatments that help individuals recover from injuries and improve their overall quality of life.
He earned his education at Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology & Sports Management. Also graduated high school from South Plantation in Plantation, FL
Irvin Jean Charles
Advisor
Irvin works as a for leader for a Fortune 500 Insurance provider since 2015. Prior to joining the insurance industry, Irvin attained a range of leadership experiences while working in higher education. He mentioned countless students and was responsible for advising student organization, campus outreach and philanthropic initiatives.
He also brings experience from his time in the Sports and Entertainment industry with the Florida Panthers and Miami Dolphins. Irvin received his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and a Master’s of Science in Training and Development from Eastern Illinois University.
Jason Miletsky
Jason earned his B.S. degree from Nova Southeastern University in Behavioral Science. Jason is a certified Exceptional Student Education teacher K-12 and a certified personal trainer. He began his career at the Baudhuin Oral School at Nova Southeastern University teaching grades K-5 individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Jason then became a Sports & Special Needs Director for The YMCA of Broward County. He has also consulted with Atlanta Public Schools through the Austism Consortium at Nova Southeastern University. Most recently he was an ESE, Behavior Specialist, and Autism Coach for the Broward Schools District. He also will run the Kidz In Shape Exceptional, specializing in fitness and athletics for individuals with Autism and other special needs. Jason has an extensive background in Applied Behavior Analysis, school safety and support, crisis management, athletics, fitness, recreation management, martial arts, program development, and implementation of developmentally appropriate programs and curriculum for typical individuals as well as those with special needs of all ages.
